Your family's information.

Goodna Street Life Inc collects the parent/carer's name, supplied email or phone number, optional suburb, children's preferred first names and ages, food-hamper request, and a record of consent. You must be 18 or over and authorised to provide the children's details.

We use this information to plan the 2026 Christmas appeal, review registrations, allocate available support and contact you about arrangements. It is not a registration for other marketing and is not sent to AI.

Authorised GSL staff can review registrations in a protected staff system. Registration records are stored privately in our dedicated Australian Google Cloud public-website database. There is no public family list. We do not collect dates of birth, children's surnames, gender, identity documents or details of your finances or health.

This page loads no advertising or analytics scripts. Basic hosting and security logs may still be created. Hashed request counters help limit automated submissions; we do not store raw IP addresses in the registration records.

No automatic email or text is sent when you register. A saved reference is shown on screen. The date, venue and format remain unconfirmed; a registration is not a guaranteed gift, food hamper or event place.

You can ask to access, correct or withdraw your registration through GSL's contact form, quoting your reference. Please provide only enough information for staff to find the registration; we may need to confirm your authority before changing or disclosing details.

We will review the need to retain these registrations after the 2026 Christmas appeal and remove or de-identify details when no longer needed, subject to any applicable recordkeeping obligations.
