Housing is central to lasting change. While our current work is housing information and practical support, we are working towards suitable properties, sustainable residential services and partnerships that can create more paths out of homelessness.
We currently have no accommodation available. These are development ambitions and proposals, subject to due diligence, funding, approvals and an appropriate operating model.
Adaptive reuse proposal59 East Street, Ipswich
Our February 2026 proposal to Arcana Capital explores transforming a vacant CBD building into an integrated social infrastructure precinct, bringing together accommodation, allied health, training and employment services. It proposes long-term lease options alongside an investor acquisition model. No purchase, lease, funding or accommodation availability is confirmed by the proposal.
The concept brings housing and support closer together: accommodation, allied health, training and employment in a reused urban building. The current proposal's delivery structure and project branding need to be refreshed as discussions progress.
