What your choices mean

Essential only: no optional analytics or advertising tags load. We store your preference on this device so you do not have to choose on every page.

Analytics only: Google Analytics can measure general visits and selected shop, donation and volunteering links. Advertising storage, advertising user data and personalised advertising remain denied.

Analytics & advertising: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok tags can also measure visits and selected campaign links on public community pages. Those providers may use cookies or other identifiers to measure advertising. Advertising pixels do not load on the homepage with its support demonstration.

One connected community profile

GSL uses the same configured Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and TikTok identifiers as Haven Collective. A separate GSL website label helps distinguish charity website activity from shop activity. With analytics consent, Google cross-domain linking supports journeys to Haven; the shop asks for its own tracking choices.

What we keep out of tracking

No tracking scripts are included on the ptSolace / ptSola registration pages, registration receipts, registration privacy page or local content editor. We do not send registration names, emails, role choices, receipt references, guided-intake answers or urgent-support phone clicks to these providers. Analytics stops on this page when you begin using the guided support demonstration.

Page addresses are cleaned before tags start. Unknown query parameters and fragments are removed; only constrained campaign parameters are retained, and advertising click identifiers are retained only with advertising consent. Google advertising signals are disabled for this site's analytics configuration. Automatic Meta matching and automatic Meta events are disabled by this integration.

Changing your mind

Use Tracking preferences in the footer of any tracked public page to change your choice. Optional tags are revoked and the page reloads when you reduce consent. This stops future collection by this integration; information already received by providers is not erased, and provider cookies may remain on your device.

Your choice is local to this website and device and expires after six months. You can also clear cookies and site storage through your browser. Browsers that block third-party scripts may prevent optional tracking even when allowed.
